You should be able to call the employment commission and find out the status of your claim. If you met the earnings requirment and they have not contacted you in five weeks something was wrong. If the employer contested it they may have had to resolve this. Usually this is resolved with an three way call between you the employer and the deputy of the employment commision who will decide after each of you air your grievances. When you recieve your check it should be for three weeks pay if you qualified and did not get penalized for something. If the claim had been contested they should have already contacted you. Call the employment commision today and inquire as to why this has not happened.
