Same problem - for me its been 5 weeks.

I called my banker and they issued and mailed me THREE more debit cards and I NEVER received any of them. Funny thing is I received all my chase bank statements and other misc. Letter but never a debit card in a while plain envelope.

Usually it takes about 5-10 business days for your new debit card to arrive. However, if you have not received it within that time frame, give or take a day or two- you should call customer service or go back to your local branch and find out the status. There have been cases when the debit card was reordered and rush delivered.

I have been on UI for 6 weeks and never recieved my Chase debit card either. I call UI office they say call Chase and Chase says call UI. The customer service is a computer and it can't tell the difference between my regular debit card with Chase and the UI debit I never recieved, when applying for lost card. Local chase branch said they could not help me with lost card unless I presented them the lost card and I defined the definition of lost for her. UI told me to apply for lost card with Chase.
