My state tax refund was issued feb. 10 I still do not have the check, how do I trace it

I mailed my state and federal on march 3 and its not here yet.
Go to www.IRS.gov and go to the "Where is my refund" section. Supply the information requested and you will find out where your check is.
My state tax was accepted on February 6 and it still has not been deposited into my account how do I find out why it is not in there yet
