How Much Savings Can I Have While Claiming Job Seekers Allowance?

Up to twenty grand €20,000.  It used to be €4,000 then raised to €10, 000 and now it's €20,000, this is money you can put aside so as to pay for your burial arrangements.
However if you do not have this money when starting on job seekers, you are not allowed to accrue it.
