Can An Illegal Alien Collect Unemployment If He Has Paid Taxes?

I think he SHOULD be able to collect unemployment if he has paid taxes just like any other person who pays taxes and gets unemployment. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a DUMMY. They don't see anything wrong with an illegal working when he is hired to get the job done and finishes it. Only when the worker wants to be treated fairly then theres something wrong with hiring illegals to work.

The unemployment pays benefits calculated by the amount you made and was reported to the IRS.  So if these people were paying to the IRS how can you deny the benefit.  I'm not saying it is right but it seems that if they are paying taxes at least they are trying.

It is ridiculous for people to mistreat someone from another country when if you think about it most illegals do the work that people born here in the united states don't want to do instead of trying to make these people go back we should thank them for doing the hard work that close minded racist americans don't want to do because they are to lazy to get on there knees and pick vegetable's or go and clean yards or even watch someone Else's kids for years at a time gees people its 2010 by now we shouldn't be so blind to the reality that we need illegal aliens in this country for more then we think!!!!!
