I have been on incapacity benifit for the past few years and now have to face a tribunal but have been told by my doctor I should get sickness bennifit which I sent in my sick note for before christmas but have not received any communication or benifit for yet. As I live on my own with difficulty and have no income I would be grateful for your advice
