How Many Weeks Is Wisconsin Unemployment Tier I And Tier II. I Only Got 20 Weeks.do I Qualify For The Extended Benefits Also?

In any state EUC tier 1 and tier 2 is a total of 33 weeks not 20..are you sure you had tier 2 seems your missing 13 weeks. It goes like this:

EUC08- 13 weeks started up July of 2008
EUC08- was amended in Nov 2008..has two tiers now tier 1 is past 13 weeks (from July 2008) plus a new 7 weeks total 20.
EUC08- tier2- (started up early Jan 2009)-if the state has over a 6.5% TUR..another 13 weeks
