If you exhausted your regular benefits you will get 33 weeks of EUC benefits.
If you exhausted your EUC benefits you will get 13 weeks of EB benefits.

Total benefits are:
Regular- 26 weeks
EUC08- 33 weeks
EB- 13 weeks (as of now) possible 7 more weeks (20) if Wisconsin changes states EB program law.
Total weeks 72 or 79 if EB law is changed

The question where it asks "did you contact 2 employers" is always waived, so im never obligated to answer that but now im just sick of waiting for my job to come call for me so im looking for another..how long do i have left with all this until im completley exhausted on all benneffits to date?

I dont understand the extended weeks. I spoke with a UE rep. I asked about the 72 to 79 weeks. She said that is not true. So i told her to try to explain it to me as if I was 5 years old. She said think of the dollar amount..as money in an ATM machine. If you worked a part time job while looking for full-time work you would quailfy for those additional weeks only if you worked a partime job earning at least 2000 during the time you collected UE.Does anyone know how many weeks for WI

Does anyone know if all the payments will be made today or does it just start today and may take a few days for the deposit.

I just heard on TV yesterday that there is a possibility of 93 total weeks in WI if you meet all the conditions.  I have been collecting for...63 weeks.  But I know my "purse" runs out before the weeks do as you get less than 100% on the "tier system."

My boyfriends initial 26 weeks was up 2 weeks ago and Wisconsin said that he couldn't get any extension until congress passed the new one. They just passed a 6 week extension and by the time ge gets it only 3 weeks will be left. It seems to me that they screwed up somewhere and gave people too many extensions that have been on for 2 years and those that haven't received any extensions are getting screwed. So will we have to go through this in 3-4 weeks again? I'm a full-time student and I rely on the child support that comes from his unemployment. Doesn't seem fair that his uncle is on his fourth extension and they're messing with my boyfriend when he's asking for his first...
