How Long Can I Stay On Unemployment Without Extension, How Do I File For Extension?

Most states UI benefits are up to 26 weeks paid by the state.
After that it goes to EUC 08- up to 33 weeks paid by the Feds.
After that it goes to EB- up to 20 weeks paid by the Feds.

To get all (79 weeks) you have to be eligible and the state has to be eligible too.
