People of Florida and Georgia can mail at Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service Atlanta, Georgia 39901-0002. People who are residing in Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas can mail their federal income tax returns to the Department of the Treasury
