I worked at the same factory for over 30 yrs. The work as killing me it was assemble line work I stood on my feet for 10 hr shifts and only 2 ten minute breaks. I have bad feet, Neuropathy in my feet. Can't move my toes or ankles . Can't even drive.  The work was killing me. But can't prove it was killing me.

In general, no. You must be let go against your will. However if you can prove that you were forced to quit because of something intolerable- such as racial or sexual harrassment, illegal activities you didn't want to be part of, etc. Then you could argue that it was not voluntary. However this is very hard to prove. It can't just be something like unpleasant working conditions, suffering under a jerk boss for too long, or things like that.
