You need to take admission in B.Com. After completion of three years bachelor's degree, seek an "Internship" in any "Chartered  Accountant Firm". There you will do practical aspects of accounting like carrying out an audit of different firms/corporation etc. In the meantime you will sit for different stages of Accounting Exams in ICMA.
