How Come I Didn't Receive My Unemployment This Week?

I mailed my unemployment claim form on 2/7/10. I expected to receive a check on 2/13/10. I received a new claim form on 2/13/10 with no check inside and the returned date to mail claim form back is 2/21/10. Should I have received a check for week ending 2/13/10?

I don't understand why I didnot receive my unemployment check. My social security number is 327-42-3486

I'm not sure what week your talking about, but I didn't get my check. TN unemploymenet, say they mailed it out Jan 25,2010, but its been 7 days. I called the post office and the post office said it was not thier fault it was TN unemployment Issue. I tired calling but couldn't get through.
