Whether you call or go on line. There are options for you to choose from. One of the options is to find out when your last check was mailed out press what ever number they say. It should give you an answer as to when that check was mailed out. If the date they give you was actually the check you already have, or if it is the check you are waiting for then UIA will tell you that the mail is at fault. But I would call the UIA office.
