What Happens If You Work A Part Time Job While Receiving Unemployment Benefits And Then Quit The Part Time Job?

Firstly- does the benefits section know you have a job? If they do then they will only want to know why you quit, They may also reduce your benefits for a while. 
If they don't know then I'm not sure it would matter, Or if it would benefit you to tell them.
