Why can't I get on to make a payment the way it was before

Hello, I have had a Sears-Kmart credit card since end of '2009! I haven't been able to activate it with the toll-free number attached to card. The 1-800-589-7327 number isn't legitimate for whatever reason. Please call my home phone number as this is not my computer and I need one!
