If you never before have used the internet to access your Sears account, the first step you take is to register. Once you register, you may use the website to access your account information. To register, go to the top of the website where you are given the option to "sign in” or "register,” and click on "register.”
By clicking on "register,” a window will appear, and you will be asked to provide your email address, confirm your email address, and provide a password and your ZIP Code. Be sure to follow the stated rules for creating a password.
Either leave checked or uncheck the box asking if you want to receive offers, updates, and sale alerts from www.sears.com. To uncheck the box, simply click on it, and the check mark should disappear.
Then click on "Register.” By clicking "Register,” you agree to the website’s terms of use and privacy policy. For details on each, click each term individually, and another pop-up window will appear providing you with the terms of use and privacy policy. By registering, you now may review your account information online, including current and past orders.
Sears immediately will send you a separate email letting you know that you are registered as a Sears online customer, and encouraging you to complete a user profile.
To sign in on the Sears website after you have logged out, you will need to provide your email address, also known as your identification number or ID, and the password you created.
