How Do I Access Www.searscard.com To See My Account Information?

To access www.sears.com to see your account information, you must use an internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Type in the address bar at the top of the browser, www.sears.com, and you will be taken to the Sears website. 

If you never before have used the internet to access your Sears account, the first step you take is to register.  Once you register, you may use the website to access your account information.  To register, go to the top of the website where you are given the option to "sign in” or "register,” and click on "register.” 

By clicking on "register,” a window will appear, and you will be asked to provide your email address, confirm your email address, and provide a password and your ZIP Code.  Be sure to follow the stated rules for creating a password. 

Either leave checked or uncheck the box asking if you want to receive offers, updates, and sale alerts from www.sears.com.  To uncheck the box, simply click on it, and the check mark should disappear. 

Then click on "Register.”  By clicking "Register,” you agree to the website’s terms of use and privacy policy.  For details on each, click each term individually, and another pop-up window will appear providing you with the terms of use and privacy policy.  By registering, you now may review your account information online, including current and past orders.

Sears immediately will send you a separate email letting you know that you are registered as a Sears online customer, and encouraging you to complete a user profile. 

To sign in on the Sears website after you have logged out, you will need to provide your email address, also known as your identification number or ID, and the password you created.

To see your Sears account information, simply type www.searscard.com into your web browser and hit Enter. This will bring you to the SearsCard home page.  If you have never set up online access to your account, click the "Register" icon. You’ll be taken to a page where you enter your SearsCard account number, your Social Security Number (for confirmation), an e-mail address, your ZIP code, and an optional name for your SearsCard account. After that screen there will be four more screens requesting your bank account information for direct debit of your payments, options for credit card protection, and a screen for choosing your online User Name and password.  Once your online ID and password are established, you can simply type in your User ID and password on the main SearsCard.com home page. From there you can choose to go to Account Summary, Unbilled Activity, Statements, Balance Transfers, or Rewards. There is also a link near the bottom for Contact Us and FAQ, or Frequently Asked Questions. The FAQ section can answer most of your questions quickly, without making you wait for a Sears representative.

No, they won't let you do that. You have to have your bill or your card. You need the 3 digit # on the back of your card to make an online payment...it's a pain.

When you open the page www.searscard.com, you would find user id and password on the left top corner. Give your user id and password and you would find the link 'pay your bill online'. Follow the instructions, give your credit card details and your bill will be paid online.

There is a possibility that server might have problem last night, thus preventing you from accessing your account. Still if you find any difficulty, talk to the customer care center.

I would like to know the balance of my account and how much is due on what date

I would like to cancel my card.  I don't use it any more.

I need to make a copy of my april bill because of fraud charges.
