I am an employer and have reduced the employees hours. How and what forms do I need to complete in order for my employees to draw a partial unemployment salary?
I am unaware of any compensation program for a case where there is a reduction in hours. If you had an agreement for full time employment and you have gone to part time status, you might try discussing the issue with your employer to try to mitigate the financial impact on you. Good luck!
