You used to be able to use your Sears card to buy green dot credit cards and moneypaks at Kmart. Then you could get a cash advance from the credit card. But not any more, the register will not accept the Sears card as a form of payment any longer.

If it is a Sears store card, no, you cannot get cash on it. You can only get cash on regular credit cards (at extremely high interest) or with your Debit card (without interest - it comes directly from your checking account).
I used to work for Sears... The Sears credit card is for purchases only, and they will not let you get cash with the card. They are not bank... They are a store.
