They seriously make this harder to go online and pay than setting up an online payment. I had an impossible time just trying to pay my overdue bill when half of the links on the page brought me to ERRORS! It is the most difficult online bill pay system I have ever encountered. Most people are happy to accept your online bill pay but apparently Sears Credit Cards wants to make it impossible. They have really made it a nightmare for me every time I try to access the system.
