First of all you have to know we can get account balance by three ways ,1
1 . You have to go your local branch and ask the transction details to be print in you r pass-book
2. If you have ATM card you just go to atm center , then select option as mini statement,
3.you have to go you r local branch and give request letter for internet banking facility, they will assist you to get internet transction, then only you can see your account details by using internet, because of security problems no bank allow any body to check their account or anybody else.
