Most likely not because this would be considered "Gross Misconduct", which is more severe then simple misconduct. Usually in a case like this they would deny you completely.

No, you can only collect if you were let go for reasons beyond your control, like a lay off. Stealing is against the rules and a valid reason to be fired, so you won't be eligible.
