Well, yes and no. If your state allows you to do part time work while on unemployment.
Income is income to the powers that be. So they are concerned if you earn while on unemployment. If you don't report the income thenm you would be essentially commiting fraud.
Personally I wouldn't pass up the work, but it is a dicey situation at best.
