I haven't been able to find a conclusive answer myself. You can access your information online, but you might not be able to print out an official form from your online benefits file. The best I can do to answer this question is point you in the right direction. SSI and SSA benefit statements are pieces of extremely private and highly personal information, and you should only be seeking help from Social Security, either online through their website, or in person at one of their many offices.

A cursory search of the Social Security website reveals that there are a great many actions that a present or potential recipient of SSI and/or SSA benefits can undertake online. These functions include benefit applications, determination of benefit qualification, future benefit estimations, address change forms, and request forms for statements and cards, among other things.

If you have an account password and haven't blocked electronic online access to your account, then you will be able to access your benefits online. Know, however, that you are only permitted to check your own benefits and that you absolutely cannot use this service to check the benefits of another individual regardless of their association to you. If you disregard this information and access someone else's information electronically, then you will be committing a crime and might face punishment via fine or even imprisonment.

This still doesn't answer your question though, as I can find no indication that you can print out your information from the internet. Online Social Security services do offer you the ability to request forms and statements, but it is likely that these documents will be mailed to you. Thus, your best option really is to call or visit your closest Social Security office and have someone help you one-on-one. Doing so could speed along the process and it will be the best way to ensure that you receive the exact documents that you require.

Note that this is all information from the Social Security website, and I can only repeat that you will be best helped by contacting them directly.
