Need to check status on recent claim
I Filed My Aflac Claim Form A While Ago How Do I Find Out Any Information On It?
Please tell me my claim status
I filed a claim for the cancer policy on my husband a week ago and have not heard from you as of this date
To everyone here who appears to have claim issues, first call your agent! They sold you the policy it is also their job to assist with the claims. If you don't know who your agent is anymore or they are no longer with Aflac call Aflac WWHQ in Georgia. The customer service reps in Georgia can assist you with your claims. They can also give you the name and phone number for your agent or a sales office in your local area for future reference.
I want to know why it takes alflac so long to pay a claim?
And they will tell you that you have one coverage, and when filing a claim they come back telling you that you have to have a rider to file this. Why not explain all of this to you at the time you purchase the insurance. The other thing is the young man that I contacted about my claim said that he was only helping out one day and now he's listed as the agent when contact him he doesn't know anything about the claim. Now where do I go from here.

I filed my sickness form about a week ago and was wondering the status of my reimbursement check.
My claim its being hold for not applying or job cal what can I do
I mail my clam form in and I have not heard anything on it yet what do I do

Go to Aflac.com, Policy Holder Services, enter your information or call 1-800-Go-Aflac and follow promps, claims, but be patient, the last one is "Do You Want to Talk to Somebody".

You can also call your local AFLAC office and ask that an agent assist you with the completion of filing your claim. Once they take the time in helping you, you may want to thank them by giving them some business referrals. Helping with claims should be any AFLAC agents primary responsibility.
