If you're asking, can you be fired just for putting in a 2 week notice, this would be unethical on the part of the company. While still employed, you still have to abide by company policy and procedure.IE: You put in your 2 week notice today, and your 10 minutes late for work tomorrow. You can be terminated. Most states are "right to work" states, so you can be terminated for almost any reason.

No you cannot be fired after you put in your resignation . If they you can take them to labour court , your company's trying to blacken your name  , trying to discredit you .

Yes you CAN in fact be fired after you put in your 2 weeks notice. I would not attempt to fight it because you will lose.
