What Grants Are Available To Pay Personal Debt?

I live with my family. I am having mental disability. I am unemployed as well as my wife. My child is one year old.
I am having rent and council tax arrears.
I need help as my financial problem is effecting my mental health.
Is it any grant available to help me to solve my problem.
