I am going to do my best here so hold on k...

Seems that this is very confusing and I've done some serious digging in attempt to get a good answer. Here is what I've been able to find so far.
99 Total weeks. (46 weeks of STATE and 53 weeks of Federal) Period. The reason some people are on EEUC directly after UI from what I gather, (Extended Emergency Unemployment Compensation which is the STATES 20 week extension program) is that our State & Federal government would like us to exhaust all our STATES benifits BEFORE using any FEDERAL funding.....in case we find work.. :(  good idea..
Then, once that time period has passed, we move to the FEDERAL, EUC1,2,3,4 Tiers (Emergency Unemployment Compensation) for our last 53 weeks of benifits divided into T1-20 weeks, T2-14 weeks, T3-13 weeks, & T4-6 weeks.
My guess on the END DATES...(mine's 5/29/2010) is that it's just going off whichever Tier you are in at the moment and if it's the STATE EEUC it just adds the next FEW additional weeks with everyone having the same basic END DATE to make things easier for the STATE. (?)
Once into the Federal EUC1,2,3,4 tiers the extension you are on will be shown on the far left above EEUC & UI as to make it a little easier for us to watch & know when we are about to the end.
Have we noticed while on EEUC there are some weeks only $0.01 all the way up to close to our usual payment are applied on Monday then the additional weeks are rolled into what's already there plus we get the remaining amount of money later on Monday or even Tuesday?  Yeah it's nuts!

Be patient with our State and FED gov't. They got us these extensions so I AM Thankful!

My information came from the PDF and a LOT of asking, looking and checking around. As always I am open to being corrected or disproved so let's help each other..

The EEUC is the extension provided by the US Government that President Obama spoke of. My question is why, in IN, is there a delay on receiving those benefits? It seems you have to go through all the garbage AGAIN as when an initial claim was made. Is this the incompetency of the people in position with WorkOne or more of the bureaucratic BS Hoosiers have to deal with?

My Indiana UI benefits expired two weeks ago, and last saturday there was an application available for EEUC... I also don't understand why it would go straight to EEUC and not one of the Federal Tiers.  Also confusing is that my end date is 5/29/10... And my friend who started EEUC 3 months ago also has the same end date, so why do we have the same end date?

Yes it will be called eb extended benefits the eeuc is your federal extensions and I saw on the news that they was wanting to give an additional 13 weeks on top of the one already with states that had an unemployment rate of 8.5 or higher hope  thi helps you.

So they'll be a extension even AFTER my first EEUC is done. Do you know how many more weeks the 2nd one will be?

I have the same question. My state benefits ran out and my extension is call EEUC. On Indiana's DWD website I cannot find the definition of EEUC . They only explain State UI and EUC. They refer to the first Fed. Extension as EUC. So what is EEUC? Is this a combination of both the federal extensions wrapped up into one? If EEUC is the second Fed. Extension then shouldn't my claim have gone to EUC after my State claim expired rather than jumping to the second extension?
To those in Indiana.... Are the first and second Fed. Extensions filed and listed separately on your Uplink homepage or are they combined and called EEUC?

Do you have to fill out everything again for the eeuc like how you did  to begin with to get unemployment because I'm lost it says I would have to wait 21 days again  did I do something wrong I called the number to ask a worker for work one and she said it should be fine by sunday where I can file again but I'm still lost because it said they will get back to me in 21 days

My EEUC is about to run out and has already been extended at least twice. Are there any more extensions?  They are now saying I may not be eligible for the regular UI benefit because I have not been working...well, duh!! I have been looking for a job but there is NOTHING in my small town.  :(

Yesterday my EEUC end date was showing 5/29/10. I was starting get really worried, since Congress hasnt passed any extension. But today, I just went into uplink and my 5/29/10 end date has been changed to 11/10/10. So am I safe to say that I am ok? Or come 5/29/10 will I be finished?

I live in Indiana and have around 60 weeks total been paid to me, this includes the 26 UI weeks, I called the UNE office because my claim states it is open but I did not get vouchers yet, the woman told me that I am in my 4th tier, and that I must be done, how can that be if there are 99 weeks, I am in the EEUC level, have not done the EB or if I did, not sure when, so if we get 99 weeks, where are the rest of my weeks?

None of this matters,if you look on the DWD web site for the month of Feb.there are no updates,no new info.they are all drawing checks,so our problems just don't matter
