You can mow lawns, babysit, pet-sit, house-sit when the owner of the house is on vacation, deliver newspapers around your area, create jewelry or art and sell it, have a lemonade stand (or just sell any baked goods, such as cake, brownies, cookies, etc.), or you can old a garage sale and sell things that you don't want anymore.
You can also help the elderly with groceries, tutor other kids, and fix some things such as bikes, computers, etc. You can even garden someone's yard and walk your neighbor's dog.
What you can do is start a lawn service with your Friends but if your mom doesn't want you to do something like that then you could do a paper route or a babysitting course or pet sitting and stuff like that also if you have house work that needs to be done ask a parent if Friends can pay you for it I hope you find a job bye bye
Well if your English is good then the best job for you is "free lancing" job. You can write different articles and essays for different companies or websites and can get handsome amount of money. Just search on Google for good free lancer jobs. If you don’t want to write articles then you can go for editing the articles and so on. It is the best job/opportunity which you can avail at this age. By doing such jobs you don’t need any work permit or any thing else. Just apply and if your English is good then you are in. These jobs will not only increase the writing skills but will also help in increasing your knowledge.
All the best.
That is so responsible of you wanting to work at 12, I hope you will not neglect your school that way you won't have to struggle when you grow up, but there are few jobs you can do at your age: You can wash cars, you can start with your neighborhood or your family. You can tutor alphabet and words to toddlers that just started school for the first time, you can also baby sit, don't baby sit babies real small as they are a bigger responsibility then you think, and if you like animals you can walk them for poeple and even house sit them when their owners are away, you know when I travel it takes me a leg and an arm to find someone trustworthy just to come feed my animals and change the litter when I am away you can do somthing like that. You can advertise in the papers or put your phone down with a description of the service you are offering in your local supermarket, I wish you luck kid.
There are no jobs currently for 12 year olds. There is a petition on a website and they are trying to get together jobs so young children can work and get money instead of mowing someone's lawn, shoveling someone's sidewalk, or selling lemonade.
Mow grass, babysit (after taking a one-day training course) and offer to do odd jobs for elderly neighbors. Also getting up leaves is a good job for a 13 year old too. Good for you for looking for ways to make money.
You can do things related with your neighbors stuffs such as washing car, dog walking, helping shopping, etc. Unless you are 14 year old teenagers you might not be able to work at real work places.
I am an 11 almost 12 year old guy. I want to get my girlfriend something nice for her birthday. I can't baby sit or do a paper route. Anything else is OK. I'm pretty mature and can handle most jobs.
Really none. The US labor laws prohibit children under the age of 16 to get a job. However, you could do chores or other things for people and have them pay you under the table such as babysitting. As for a paying job, it is not allowed. Children should focus on getting an education so that some day they will be able to get a better job.
When You Are 13 Or Younger . . .
You can deliver newspapers.
You can work as a baby-sitter.
You can work as an actor or performer in motion pictures, television, theater or radio.
You can work in a business solely owned or operated by your parents.
You can work on a farm owned or operated by your parents.
That is taken from the federal law labor.
Go to some of your relatives and ask if they have any odd jobs that they need done. Most times we all get behind in what needs to be done around the house.
It really depends on what country you are in. In UK you can't really work in shops until 16 or 18. You could babysit , bit that is getting increasingly risky too.
Depending on the town you live in. Maybe try neighbors see if they need any help with yardwork or house work. Also, maybe a local farm could use you to help feed cows or something. Just a suggestion. Good luck.
Well baby your just a 12 years old, maybe all you can do is sell a juice, pineapple juice or what ever juice you want, or sell your toys or other things that you don't need anymore.
