This is the issue I have: I attending classes at night from 6PM to 8:50PM once or twice a week. UI of Oregon says that since I've been in sales, I HAVE to be available for work BETWEEN 5Am and 9PM Monday -Friday. Most of my sales experience has been business to business (M-F 8-5PM), some telemarketing (6AM-3PM) and some retail (various hours). Oregon UI is using the retail component as the sole basis of their reasoning. I have my appeal this coming Tuesday; any suggestions greatly appreciated!Thanks
