1099 forms are forms used for tax purposes by businesses and corporations to report income received by independent contractors and freelancers from a business for whom they did work.
1099 MISC forms are used to record income earned only, since the person receiving the form is not an employee or an independent contractor of the company. 1099 B forms are used for reporting proceeds from Brokers and Barter exchange transactions. 1099 R forms are used distributions for Pensions, Annuities, Retirement or Profit-sharing Plans, IRS's and Insurance contracts, and similar income.
Each state has its own mailing address for filing taxes through the mail. All of the states have an Internal Revenue Department to which the tax forms are mailed. I found a website from which, people can file tax by email in 42 of the 50 states. If, you go to this website and click a state in the map you will see the information for filing tax forms, in that state is made a available. In the information pages for each state you will find the email and the Internal revenue department address for the state. For Arkansas, Texas, Florida and the other states in the white boxes who do allow email filing it will be necessary to get addresses elsewhere.
You can contact your local Internal Revenue office and get the Addresses for these states. Or, you can search for the addresses online by entering the words, "Florida Internal Revenue Department" in the search bar, you be taken to the website and the address will be on the site. Do this with each state for which you need an address.
