Hello sir,        my name is g.geetha srinivas iam student and ihave a account on syndicate bank,mehidipatnam branch,hyderabad.now iam staying is another city(tirupati),due to the problem of withdraw in my account iwant to mehidipatnam branch for transfer my account.in that reason ihave submitted my pass book and transfer certificate form to the branch on one month ago(i.e:24/2/2010) between 3:15pm to 4pm.but they did not send my passbook to my tranferred branch.iwant my pass book back .without passbook they did not process my account in new branch.

You should  PHONE the bank advise loss as someone could be using the money in your account.  They will put a stop on the account and issue you with a new passbook.

Why do you need to write a letter? This puzzles me!!! Can't you just go to the bank and ask to see the manager and make your requeset in person?  I'd find it very odd if they said you had to do it in writing, but you never know!
