Should social security be overhauled, reformed, or terminated?

It should be protected. Basically, the plan was to put it into a fund and let it earn interest. Then politics started getting in debt and basically started dipping into it. Now, if it was re-protected, it will basically not have the problems it has today.

No it just needs to be left alone and everyone else stay away from its money epriod and it will be just fine for many years to come but like most Government agencies its not broke so DC can't stand that and has to break it
