To get a balance enquiry on a BPI (Bank of the Philippines) express card, there are three things that you can do.
The first is to go to any cash machine and insert your card. You will be asked for your pin. Enter this and on the screen there should be a balance enquiry tab. Press this and it should then tell you the amount that you have in your account.
If you do not have a card for your account however, or if you prefer, you can also log on to the internet to check your balance, you will need to go to the BPI website, www.bpiexpressonline.com, and log in. Your bank should have given you log in details when you opened your account with them. Click on the log in tab and enter your details. You should then have a screen that shows you all your accounts that you have with BPI. Click on the one you wish to know the balance for and it should tell you how much is in your account and any recent transactions that have occurred on that account.
The final option is to go in to branch and ask for your balance at the desk. They will ask for your card, swipe it, and tell you how much you have in your account.
