Well, poor job analysis impacts employees in a real bad way. I have heard about it so much in my life, in fact every friend of mine who leaves his current job for a new one, does this because of poor rating by his boss. One of my friends, who was also a university topper, was working in a telecom firm. He was used to doing the best and put all his effort into his job. Now when the time for appraisals came, he was analyzed by his supervisor and was given a bad rating. Now this bad rating acted as a hurdle in his sure promotion. He was deprived of his well deserved promotion and he left his job after a few months because of that.
