Go to www.vaemploy.com and click on as though you are filing or returning to your claim. You will need to have your pin and your user name that you used. If you do not remember your user name click on that you don't. They will ask you for your general information and send your user name to your stored email address. You will then see options such as get 1099 - click it on and proceed. However, I believe it is down during the weekends and will let you know it is available during work days. Hope this helps.
