Where Can I Get My 1099 G Form For Ohio Unemployment?

I found the form listed in the correspondence inbox.  It is in the form of a PDF file that can be printed and saved.  I don't know if this is considered a legal copy by the IRS but it does give the compensation for the year and withholding information.

They have until Jan. 31 to send it to you. If you don't receive it in the first week of feb. Call your processing center and request your copies.

It say's when you call the Ohio Unemployment office that you can view and print
your 1099 G tax info at their web site www,unemployment.ohio.gov, but when I go to the web site I can't find my 1099G Tax Info.
