My State Unemployment Has Run Out, Do I Automatically Get Federal Unemployment Benefits?

There are stipulations. Go to Google and type in "Federal Unemployment Benefits". I just did that, but didn't read it. I just wanted to know if there ARE Federal Unemployment Benefits. It looked like the site included instructions on how to apply for, how to find out if you're eligible, etc., for Federal Benefits. Blessings,
