Internal Control points in an organisation refer to process or task points which are monitored and quality checked or tested.
This kind of control is important to ensure effective and efficient output which meets all the current industry standards. Feed-forward controls are used at the start of any process (by assessing all the risk/adverse situation that can come up). Concurrent control is used during the process line to check for malfunctioning or arising defect and rectified on the spot (In a software development life cycle or SDLC this is also called iterative testing). Feedback control means to check the final product for any mismatch from required quality and sent back if any defect is found...
