Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling are the four most important functions of management. These functions are very important for the organization.

They help the organization in getting the people together and accomplish desired goals. These functions help in setting the overall goals of the organization and then the means to accomplish these goals. It also helps in mobilizing and monitoring the resources for accomplishment of these goals. Thus the efficient and effective working of an organization is dependent on these four functions.
