I had this same issue came up with my UI benefits. The online system should have given you a section that says please allow at least 4 weeks for this issue to be taken care of. Someone will call you about this, make sure you have your phone on & it is usually from a blocked or unknown number. I received a call after just about 3 weeks. The girl told me she needed about a week or two because of my issue and then she would get back to me. And she did!! I don't know what your issue is, mine was because they thought I quit my last job. Just make sure you continue to file your weekly claim and when the issue is resolved you will recieve the missed payments in onle lump sum. Hope this helps.
