I am a 57 year old woman, I am on Social Security Disability, will I receive a $250.00 stimulus check?

I am a 71 year woman and I am not on Medicare part D.I have a private
insurance and do not qualify for extra help.Will I ger a stimulus check

My aunt who is on medicare has not yet received her $250.00 stimulus check. She has told me that she did not file her personal taxes this year yet and that the government gave her an extension date. Is this why she has not yet received her $250.
