Do 10% disability get the 250.00 stimulus check

If I owe the irs will they get it or child support

Yes. You will receive a letter in the mail informing you whether you qualify for a check or not.

$250 should get it before 10 Jul if not then contact VA. That's what my letter said.

Any disabled Veteran will receive a stimulus check. They will be either mailed out or direct deposited depending on how you receive your monthly check. They will be sent out in June but if you have not received it by 10Jul09, you need to contact the VA and let them know.

If my husband is 50% disabled and only rec'd a $250 from the VA in 2009 June 22 and we wanted to make sure that was correct.

No you don't all you have to do is to be a disabled vet who gets a monthly check from the va.

Has anyone received their stimulus yet? My husband tossed the letter after reading it. He thought it was coming on the first of June, of course it did not. His VA is direct deposit, should I assume that the stimulus will also be?

My sister was surprised to find her deposit 2day (30%disability). She was looking for it to arrive on the 1st. Keep checking your accounts...

I didn't receive my disability check for this month.. Anyone else? I did however receive the stimulus check... I receive mine by mail and this is the first time that it's been delayed...not delivered before the 1st.
