I have been on unemployment for 80 weeks. There is more than 46 weeks of unemployment. I am on my 3rd extention right now. It also might depend on how long you worked for. I worked for a year before I filed and had problems finding work.
How Many Total Weeks Are There For N.M. Unemployment Extension?
I have checked fro the white house down to the governors office and all I can find out is 26wks to start and a 20 wk ext ion so 46 wk then you are on your own.
