Residents in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington will send a payment to Internal Revenue Service Center, Fresno, CA 93888-0010.
