Workforce diversity has increased in the recent years and it has both the positive as well as negatives effects on the organizations. It effects the organizations as a social responsibility because in the famous organizations, there is a quota for workforce diversity. Secondly, workforce diversity increases the skills available to the company. People from different cultures can bring a new innovation in the culture of the organization. On the other hand, workforce diversity may also enhance the cultural conflicts. For example, language differences, religious beliefs and other discrimination can cause various problems in the organizations.
