Why Is My Unemployment Is Still Pending?
Its been 5 weeks for me in Ohio and my unemployment is pending too.. I had severance and vacation time for them to deal with so I am sure that's the hold up for me. But they have all my information from my employer although I have had to do follows with both to make sure they all were on the same page.. Cover all bases and don't take anything for granite.. Good Luck.. Its tough especially when the cupboards are getting bare..
They told me to reapply, but they told me they cancel my unemployment benefits for month of april, because my boss not give me good review of me was good employ, except for being late a few minutes once a week; &, me got fired for that, & I m told that I'm denied my unemployment benefits, for an entire month, & I'm not sure if I'll get it, for next month I'll apply.
