The sort code 09 01 28 is not in existence. However, the code 09 01 27 is a brand of Santander on Prescot Sreet, London. You can view details here.

What are sort codes for?

British and Irish banks use sort codes to route money transfers between one bank and another.  Sort codes are always six digit numbers, usually appearing as three pairs. The number identifies both the name of the bank (Lloyds, Santander, The co-operative, Barclays etc.) and the specific branch.

Where is my sort code?

People need to know their sort codes in order to complete many transactions, including making online purchases.

Your sort code is written on your bank card. Unlike your pin number, which is a Personal Identification Number, you have no power to change your sort code, unless you change the branch of your bank at which you're registered. Frankly, this is a long and laboured process.
