The role of IT department in the organizations is to deal with all of the issues regarding the technology. The three major functions in an organization are Finance, product and marketing. Today because of the advancements in the technology companies have Information Technology Departments. The aim of IT department is to provide technological support to the whole organization wherever needed. IT department also keeps on searching new tools and software which may enhance the efficiency of the organization. In addition, whenever the company faces technological issues then IT department is responsible to solve the problems.
