Management plays an important role in any organization not even in banking sector. But if we talk about the banking sector than the managing works according to the capability and knowledge is a necessary part of it. Manager should be expert in all the activities which are going to be perform in the bank to guide his employees in different difficult situations that they are facing during work.
Hiring depends on HR department but appointing a hired person to the relevant field of his experience is the responsibility of manager to get best feedback from that particular employee. So, management plays an important role in banking sector to make it strong and it can not be deny.
